Our restaurant welcomes you
Opened in December 2013, the Brasserie des Etangs welcomes you in a convivial and modern space in the heart of the Pays de Herve, only 15-minutes far from Liège. Our team does its best to serve you by being inspired by the bistronomy of Parisian brasseries. You will find refined and homemade dishes, all of this in a sensible budget, made to suit the quality of the chosen products.
Only 15-minutes far from Liège, 10-minutes far from Verviers and 5-minutes far from Soumagne and Aubel, our restaurant is located in the commercial space between Herve and Melen, near the E40 highway.
At the end of 2015, we received the Afsca Smiley, the highest distinction given by this organization. We also got into the Michelin guide. In the year 2016, the guide Gault & Millau welcomed us.
